An Unlikely Friendship

Inter-species relationships are not uncommon in the animal kingdom, but they always draw a mountain of interest, especially if the species would ordinarily be enemies in nature, like a lion and a gazelle. Humans often build meaningful relationships with creatures of other species, even without the ability to communicate in the same manner. At the root of every inter-species relationship is commonality and understanding, rendering any other perceivable differences irrelevant. Dolphins are curious, friendly, and playful, which makes them excellent candidates for inter-species relationships — even with land-based species! Check out this dolphin forging a friendship with the most unlikely of species.
