    Minor correction…

    You said that "Most recreational scuba diving takes place at these depths upto 30-40 meters (100-130 feet)" (sic)

    In order for Scuba diving to be classified as "Recreational" it can be no deeper than 40 meters (130 feet). Anyone breathing from an air tank deeper than that is called a "Technical Diver".

      I don't see a difference in what you are saying, as it is mentioned that Recreational diving is UP TO 30-40 meters, not below.
